• Blank Passport come personally.
• Pax should be travelled to one or more of the following countries within the last 5 years: Canada/U.S.A./Australia/U.K./New Zealand
  OR
  have valid visas for:
  U.S.A./Australia/U.K./New Zealand
• If the Pax is above 60 years, his documents can be processed in the drop box, provided the following documents should be given:
  a. Notarized initiation from sponsor.
  b. IMM 1000/ passport copy of the sponsor.
  c. RECENT T-4 (notice of assessment) of the sponsor.
